Dr Afsana Habib is a Consultant Geriatrician at Queensgate Specialist Centre and staff specialist at Fiona Stanley & Fremantle Hospital Group.
Dr Habib completed her basic physician training at Fremantle Hospital and worked as an advanced trainee at SCGH, Fremantle, Armadale and Rockingham hospitals to become a fellow of The Royal Australasian college of Physicians.
Dr Habib has experience and clinical interest in Per-operative Medicine, Parkinson’s disease and Dementia spectrum. Dr Habib has also completed the UCL & Monash Perioperative Medicine Short Course in 2020.
Dr Habib works closely with patients and their families to achieve the best treatment goal. She has interest in research and has been involved in clinical trials with Alzheimer’s Australia. She is passionate about teaching and has actively participated in teaching UWA and Curtin Medical students.
